Charges

Let-Us-Let do not charge registration fees to tenants. We request a payment only when we have found you a suitable property. This is a one-of fee of £80 for all applicants over the age of 18 years which covers all costs directly associated with your tenancy.

There are no other fees payable except when the tenancy comes up for renewal when a £50 charge is requested or where a tenant requests a change to be made to an existing tenancy agreement.

Deposit Protection Scheme 

Since April 6th 2007 all deposits paid by tenants have to be protected within 14 days of receipt by a Landlord or Agent. The legislation aims to ensure that tenants who have paid a deposit to a landlord or letting agent and are entitled to receive all or part of it back at the end of that tenancy, actually get it.
